Tickle-Tummy, A.K.A. Experiment 275, is an illegal genetic experiment and the 275th genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba with Hämsterviel's funding. She is apparently designed to tickle people into hysterics. She was captured by Gantu, but was rescued in "Snafu". Her one true place is at the nursery, tickling babies to stop their crying.
