Volteel Biblio (ヴォルティール・ビブリーオ Vorutīru Biburīo) is a boss in Mega Man Zero 3. He is a Mutos Reploid based on an electric eel and the Maori eel god Tuna, and served as the Left Thunder Judge (左雷審官 Sarai Shinkan) of the Eight Gentle Judges.
