Wacky Hatter is a Lalaloopsy character. He is without a question Lalaloopsy Land's most wackiest resident! He's nutty, never boring. He will shout without warning, a riddle and rhyme, and a poem for tea time. His name is based off of his absolute wacky nature, as well as his most peculiar yet magnificent hat!

Wacky Hatter is a brown skinned male with black eyes. His cheeks are pale pink. Wacky's hair is hot lavender with messy bangs that frame his face. He rocks an orange top hat with a white tag and a thick green-yellow band with a single knitting needle in it.
His outfit is very colorful. He wears a pink shirt with long white-striped sleeves, a red neck piece, and a big yellow bow on his chest. He also has baggy knee length green-yellow pants, orange leggings, yellow spats, and plain black shoes.

He has a pink cat. It has black button eyes, a wide black smile and soft pink nose and cheeks.

- Wacky never had a large version. The reason is unknown; however, in may be due to the cost of making his large top hat.
- His girlfriend is Alice in Lalaloopsyland.
- He is based off The Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.
- He is released along with Alice in Lalaloopsyland.
