Warren T. Rat.
Warren T. Rat is an evil Cat who was the main villain in Pooh's Adventures of An American Tail. He and his cat henchmen have been terrorizing the mice of New York. The Mice (along with Fievel and Pooh and his friends) created a robot called The Giant Mouse of Minsk to scare him and his cat goons out of New York and into a boat that's about to set sail to Hong Kong, China, never to be seen again.
