Here is the transcript for Why I Hate Appointments.

Scene 1[]

(The episode starts at the Klause Family house.)
(Tyler is watching TV with his girlfriend sue storm aka the invisible woman and his friends Gwen and Cameron)
Tyler: So, my dad told me that I have a doctor's appointment
Sue Storm: What about?
Gwen: let me guess your dental health care?
Cameron: Good guess.
(At the doctor’s office, Heinz Doofenshmirtz was at the front desk. Tyler arrives.)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Hi Tyler, are you here for an appointment? No, I won’t be the one seeing you. I work at the front desk.
Tyler: Okay then, (walks off to see the other doctor)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Oh by the way, your normal doctor is out of town. The one that is seeing you today will be here shorty.
Tyler: Thanks for the tip, catch you later. (shrugs as he walks out of the office)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: See you later I guess.
(The doctor that Tyler was supposed to see appears. He was around seven feet tall and wore all white)
Unnamed Doctor: Is he here yet?
(Doofenshmirtz says nothing and just stares at the doctor.)
(Tyler walks in to the room)
Unnamed Doctor: Tyler! It's time for your examination.
Tyler: (takes a step back while gulping) Oh boy.
(The screen fades to black)

Scene 2[]

(At The Klause Family House, Tyler's friends were watching TV when a knock was heard in the door.)
Invisible Woman: Still no word from Tyler?
Gwen: Nothing no call, I can't find him
Cameron: I'll get it (Cameron opens the door)
(Heinz Doofenshmirtz comes rushing in and gets on the nearest computer.)
Zatanna: What are you looking for Doofenshmirtz?
Heinz Doofernshmirtz: Don't freak out but your friend is actually in danger this time.
Cameron: Tyler in Danger, but why?
Invisible Woman: One guess Cameron who kidnapped Tyler?
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Actually, he wasn't kidnapped. Some idiot who hires doctors thought it was a good idea to hire... him.
Invisible Woman: He's in danger we have to save him!
Mikey Simon: Let's go!
Maya Santos: Right behind you (runs off)
T.J. Detweiler: You coming Doof?
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Wait! You don't even know who he's seeing and who you all are facing! I still have to provide you that information!
Invisible Woman: Sorry No time, Tyler is in danger right now we have to go!
Matt: She's right (Matt opens the door as the team runs off with Heinz Doofenshmirtz)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Wait for me!
(The screen fades to Black)

Scene 3[]

(At an unnamed doctor's office.)
Unnamed Doctor: Looks like you have nothing wrong with you.
Tyler: Thanks. let's get this over with.
Unnamed Doctor: Who said you can leave?
Tyler: Because you're not a real doctor!
Unnamed Doctor: Your half right. I'm a neuroscientist. Still counts as a doctor though.
(At the Doctor's Office the others are searching for Tyler)
Invisible Woman: Tyler, Tyler where are you?!
Zatanna: He's gotta be here somewhere.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Did any of guys just so happen to bring gas masks?
Maya Santos: Totally, (puts on gas mask as so does the others)
Mikey Simon: See totally prepared.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Good cause the villain we are about to face is the same time that left that note a week ago. He’s highly dangerous to point where if anyone sees him or his name on something, it gives a feeling of dread. Good thing I brought my driver just in case he ever uses what was a prototype of his own rider form. I don’t know if it is still a prototype.
Victor Volt: We'll we have Rider forms two (gets out gun werewolf Advent deck)
Jenny Wakeman: See, we're riders too. (Gets out Alpha Hopper deck)
Danny Phantom: Yeah. (gets out ecto ghost deck) and we have our own Advent cards.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Maybe we should wait to see if he comes out.
Zatanna: I don't know (shivers) I'm getting C-C-Cold!
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Maybe we should wait outside.
Inez: No we have to keep looking Tyler maybe in danger! (walks ahead as Zatanna shivers)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Did he bring his driver with him or no?
Matt: Come to think of it, No. but come on let's keep moving we gotta find Tyler ASAP! (walks with Zatanna she shivers because of the cold mist)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Did he turn up the AC cause it’s freezing in here.
(Tyler was seen walking out of a but a bit drowsy.)
Zatanna: T-T-Tyler! (shivers as she catches Tyler) A-A-are you O-Okay?
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Hand him a gas mask.
(Zatanna hands Tyler a gas mask)
Tyler: (breaths) Phew, thanks guys I'm okay now.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Alright. Let’s get out before some of us become popsicles.
Matt: No we have to find that unnamed doctor, and stop him!
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: We can’t stop him. He’s not your typical villain of the week.
Inez: Maybe not, but we have to try! (gets out Rock Pumpkin Advent deck), wait here Doof, we'll be back! (runs off with others) Let's do it guys!
Mikey Simon: Yeah!
(Glass was heard shattering and then a few shots were fired as warning shots.)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Wait for me! (Transforms into Kamen Rider Destream.)
(Team Onyx holds up there Advent decks while running electricity flows through the decks as the Advent belt appears on there waists)
All: KAMEN RIDER! (Team Onyx inserts there Advent belts as there Advent decks began spinning glowing with energy giving out holographic insignias as all color spheres appears with two emitters moving around them changing them all into kamen riders)
(The “Mist” that inside the building gets thicker and harder to see things through it.)
Kamen Rider Destream: This is gonna be a problem.
Kamen Rider Fox Shooter: Not gonna be!
Kamen Rider Onyx: Hit it Mikey!
(Kamen Rider Fox Shooter gets out a Advent card and scans it in his Advent visor)
Advent Visor: Time freeze vent!
(Time has been frozen as the mist is frozen)
Kamen Rider Onyx: Nice work Mikey.
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: Now let's find that Doctor who put Tyler here.
(More red mist is seen. The card wasn’t enough to stop it)
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: I'll take care of this! (Moves poison sword shaft up)
Poison Sword Shaft: Poison, Charging up!
(Kamen Rider Zombie slayer slashes at the red mist)
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: Slash vent!
(Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer uses his zombie shaft sword to slash the red mist clearing it)
Kamen Rider Onyx: Nice work Matt!
(Even more red mist is seen. More shots are fired aiming directly at the riders.)
(But Kamen Rider Ninja Master puts in the guard vent green shield Advent card into his visor)
Green Vizor: Guard Vent!
(Ninja Shield appears as it blocks the red mist)
(A motorcycle is heard revving up.)
Kamen Rider Onyx: Anyone else hear that?
Kamen Rider Destream: He’s getting away!
Kamen Rider Onyx: He couldn't've gotten too far, keep your eyes open.
(The riders looked around)
Kamen Rider Poison Lady: he's gotta be in here, we saw him come in.
Kamen Rider Sea Trident: You know I have the weirdest feeling like we're being watched.
(The unnamed doctor speeds off on Black Fang. Before he passes the building, he opened fire on the riders from behind.)
Unnamed Doctor: So long, kiddos! Have fun with what you call the rest mist!
Kamen Rider Onyx: You are not getting away!
Kamen Rider Destream: I’ll go get my scooter.
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: No need, I'll chase him! (gets out accel vent card in purple zombie Advent deck while inserting it into the Advent booster and closes it up)
Zombie Advent Booster: Speed Vent!
(Zombie Slayer uses accel speed to chase after the unnamed man)
Unnamed Doctor: Not so fast! (Fires a bullet at Zombie Slayer’s belt.)
(Zombie Slayer dodges the blast as he uses the zombie sword to slice the bullet)
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: I'll never stop chasing you, until you tell me who you are!
Unnamed Doctor: How do you not know who I am? I left that note at that party last week!
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: You're note, said so because your Harley SAWYER!
Unnamed Doctor: You got me.
(Unnamed Doctor takes off hood, and coat revealed his face as Harley Sawyer)
Harley Sawyer: You riders, have learned my secret truth and now YOU SHALL PAY!
Kamen Rider Onyx: And that's all the time we need to take you down! (Onyx and Zombie Master gets into battle position)
Kamen Rider Destream: I have a bad feeling about this.
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: Don't be afraid, Heinz We'll handle Him!
(Zombie Slayer and Onyx charge at Harley Sawyer as the two deliver a tornado kick and backhand punch but Harvey Sawyer ducks to dodge the tornado kick and backhand punch from Zombie Slayer and Onyx. Sawyer began throwing syringes at them.)
(But Onyx opens the dragvisor as Onyx gets out the sword vent advent card as onyx inserts it into the black dragvisor closing it up)
Black Dragvizor: Sword Vent!
(Black Dragsaber appears from Dragblacker's tail as it appears in Onyx's hand as it slashes the Syringes as the syringes sliced in half)
Kamen Rider Onyx: It'll take more than that to beat us!
Harley Sawyer: I have more than just that! Just you wait! (Pulls out a syringe gun)
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: You had to say it.
Kamen Rider Onyx: It was a great line, (syringe gun aims at Onyx and Zombie Master) Look out!
(Sawyer opens fire on the two riders.)
(But Kamen Rider Ninja Master appears with the Advent duel sabers in his hand to block the fire by slashing at the syringes)
Kamen Rider Ninja Master: Take that!
Kamen Rider Fox Shooter: You guys all right?
Kamen Rider Onyx: Yeah We're okay.
Kamen Rider Zombie Slayer: This guy's tough, but we can take em together.
(The riders charge at Sawyer as Red mist suddenly covers the area. Sawyer's laugh could be heard through it.)
(The riders cough)
Harley Sawyer: Until we meet again, Tyler!
Kamen Rider Onyx: And next time we'll be ready!

(The riders walk away as the Screen fades to Black)

Scene 4[]

(At the Klause Family house)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Do you still need your proper checkup, Tyler?
Tyler: I do, My dad told me to have my check up done before he gets home.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Well I'm not exactly a doctor but I can do it.
(Doof takes Tyler to the Sunny Bay doctor's office on his scooter.)
Heinz Doofenshmirtz: Besides, nothing will go wrong this time.
Tyler: Okay let's do it.
