In Fusion, he is a researcher who travels in the Digital Space. After he sacrificed his book by saving Mikey from Arcadiamon, he becomes a member of Fusion Fighters and moved his lab in Mikey's Fusion Loader.
In Adventure:, he is the leader of a investigation team which explains the secret to the main protagonists.
Nodoka Miyazaki's Candlemon can digivolve into this from after digivolving from Wizardmon. After several long episodes, he eventually digivolved even further into AncientWisemon.
